The problem
Marketplace apps cost your agency more than their cut
They keep a big cut of every trip
Marketplace apps take 15–25% of each fare, trip after trip.
They keep your clients
The passenger books “a car”, not your agency, and the next trip can go to anyone.
Your radio system is getting old
And the regulars who only ever phone still need to be served.

Built for how you work
Made for real streets and real phones
The phone keeps ringing
Calls, app requests and advance bookings land in one queue, and regular clients are remembered.
Keeps working when the signal drops
The apps send very little data and pick up where they left off, so a weak or patchy signal doesn’t stop a trip.
Light on data and old phones
A whole shift uses less data than one WhatsApp voice note.

Questions
Questions agencies ask us
Short answers to what agencies ask before a demo.
Four products that work together or alone: a passenger app, a driver app, an office console and a website. Agencies, cooperatives and radio dispatch centres license them and publish them under their own name on iOS and Android.
Yes. The apps, the console and the page carry your name, logo, colours and phone number, and the store listings are published as your agency. Our name appears nowhere the passenger looks.
Yes. The apps send very little data, so they keep working on a weak or patchy signal, and anything pending goes out as soon as the connection is back. A trip uses about 40 KB of mobile data. For areas where coverage is really scarce, the city map can also be stored on the phone, a mode already running in markets where mobile data is hard to come by.
A typical agency of 20 to 200 vehicles is taking bookings within six weeks: setup call, your brand applied, drivers onboarded with a ten-vehicle pilot, then the public launch in the stores.
Yes. You set the regulated meter rates, fixed airport prices, night and luggage supplements, the service area, the zones and ranks, and the dispatch rules: queue order, nearest vehicle or accessibility first.
No. Each product works on its own and every one is better beside the others. Take them all together, or only the pieces you are missing.
We do. Hosting, backups and new versions are included, so you never manage infrastructure. We also train your office staff and give your dispatch team a direct support line.
takuteku takes 10% of the income from each completed trip. No monthly fee, and nothing to pay when there are no trips. Your exact terms are written for your fleet after the demo.
